Payment Policy
Spotlight Private Clients must have lesson credits on file in advance of their session. Whether it is a drop-in lesson or a recurring slot, you must pre-pay BEFORE the session begins. For recurring clients, Spotlight requires pre-payment in quantities of 5 or 10. The packages are priced at a discounted rate for your convenience. Package holders are entitled to a set lesson time on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. Drop in lessons are subject to the instructor's availability and may vary on a weekly basis.
Cancellation Policy
You may reschedule or cancel a lesson up until 3 hours before your scheduled time. Any cancellation that occurs less than 3 hours prior to your appointment will be charged the full lesson amount, and the credit will be deducted from your account.
