Birthdays!

What to expect at a Spotlight Birthday Party:

• Parties run 2 hours in length. The birthday family may arrive 30 minutes before the start time of the party to get settled and work with our team to set up the space to your liking.

• Parties can take place at our North York studio OR our St. Clair studio.

• Each participant will receive a custom script with special songs that the birthday star chooses! Children will be led through a high-energy warm up, participate in exciting drama games and dive right into the chosen material where the Birthday girl/boy is the STAR! You are welcome to select a performance theme for your special party!

• Each party comes with 1 party sized cheese pizza, tableware, a minimum of 2 Spotlight staff… you can sit back and relax while we take care of everything! If you have more than 12 guests, we recommend adding extra pizza. Scroll down to our add-ons section below to accommodate food for your exact guest count!

• Children will rehearse songs and choreography with their Spotlight instructors (All props and microphones provided by Spotlight). The larger party sizes require an additional staff member as well as more supplies.

• The final performance will take place in the last 15 minutes of the party. All friends and family are invited to attend!

*Outside food, with the exception of cake, is not permitted unless there is a specific allergy in the group.

Birthday Party Policies

At Spotlight, we take pride in creating unforgettable birthday celebrations. Our mission is to deliver a high energy, engaging experience that makes the guest of honour and their friends shine! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable event for everyone, we have the following guidelines in place:

• The deadline to amend the guest count of your party is 1 week before the scheduled event. Refunds will not be provided after that point. Should the guest count increase to a new tier level, a separate invoice will be sent to account for the larger group size.

• Once a party has been scheduled, we will not accept cancellations, however you are eligible to reschedule the event up to one time should you need to move the date.

  Arrival and Setup: The guest of honour and immediate family are welcome to arrive 15 minutes prior to the event start time. If you require early access to the space, please include the ‘extra time’ add-on to your booking below.

  Additional Charges: If outside food or decorations are brought into the space a $50 clean up fee will be applied.

  Event Guidelines: To maintain a safe and clean environment, we strictly prohibit the use of confetti, piñatas, and sparklers on our premises. Spotlight is also a nut free and animal free facility.
